Sherburne County to update access and improve safety along Hwy 10, between St. Cloud and Clear Lake, Haven Township, includes the accesses to/from Co. Rd. 65, 7 and 61.

  • Projects are as follows:
    1. COMPLETE June-July 2025: Reconfigure access on Hwy 10 at Co. Rd. 61 (47th St. SE) with a right in/out design; includes an acceleration lane
    2. COMPLETE early August-mid-October, 2025: Update access on Hwy 10 at Co. Rd. 65 (42nd St. SE) and Co. Rd. 7 (45th Ave. SE) with a J-turn design
  • Construct: 2025
  • Impacts: Lane or shoulder closures on Hwy 10; local access changes/detours, follow road signs

Sherburne County to construct new interchange 2025-2026

Construct new interchange at Hwy 169 and Co. Rd. 4 (Freemont Ave.) in Zimmerman.

  • Impacts: Lane closures, changes to access on Hwy 169 and local roads in Zimmerman.

Improve access and traffic flow

Wright County to construct a roundabout at Hwy 25 and Co. Rd. 113. The project will be coordinated with MnDOT's 2026 roadwork project on Hwy 25 from Buffalo to Monticello.
