Abstract
This 30-minute course is the first course in the Tribal State Relations Training eLearning series. It is recommended for anyone interested in working with Minnesota Indian tribes. This course will equip you to: identify the American Indian nations of Minnesota and recognize their significant impacts and contributions; understand the policy mandates forming the present-day basis of tribal-state relations; and make use of key terms central to tribal-state relations.
