Current traffic impacts

• Stage 3/Center Avenue closed between 10th Street and 14th Street.
  • To access businesses west of the work zone, use 8th Street to enter.

Construction schedule

Construction will be completed in phases, starting in spring 2024 through fall 2026.

• 2024: Bridge construction and Stage 1 (portions of First Avenue & 11th Street at railroad crossings up to 2nd Ave N)
• 2025: Portion of Stage 1 (First Avenue) and Stage 2 (Main Avenue and 11th Street from 2nd to Main)
• 2026: Stage 3 (Center Avenue & 11th Street under bridges from Main to First)
