All traffic impacts are tentative and weather dependent. All businesses and residences will remain accessible throughout the project however, it may not be your normal route.

Road closure

- Hwy 3 is closed in both directions between Connemara Trail and 145th St.
- Detour: Hwy 3 to McAndrews Rd. to Pilot Knob Rd. to 150th St. West to Hwy 3

- Regional trail running parallel to southound Hwy 3 at 142nd St. is closed for reconstruction
- Detour: Pedestrian tunnel under Hwy 3 to Burnley Way to Koch Minnesota Trail to Hwy 3
- Regional trail running parallel to northbound Hwy 3 at 143rd St. West is closed for reconstruction
- Detour: Hwy 3 to Koch Minnesota Trail to Burnley Way to pedestrian tunnel under Hwy 3
About this project
We will construct a roundabout at the intersection of Hwy 3 and 142nd St. to improve safety, reduce delays and enhance the overall operations at the entrance to the Rosemount High School. In addition to adding the roundabout crews will also be adding drainage and re-aligning the bike/pedestrian crosswalks to include pedestrian access at the roundabout.
